How long will it take to get my army back once I’ve booked my commission?

This depends on a number of factors including the size and complexity of the commission. It’s not uncommon for clients to wait around 8-12 months for us to start army projects. We realise the waitlist can be quite long, but we want your models to look the best they can. We can assure you that the wait will be worth it!

can i pick and choose between different painting levels for my army?

Absolutely! This is a very common option amongst our clients. For example if you want your army painted to a basic standard but your heroes to be painted to a higher standard as a showpiece we can work with you, giving you more flexibility with your budget.

due to your team size which artist will complete my commission?

All of our artists go through the same vigorous training process to make sure there is consistency between every miniature we paint to keep in-line with our Medders’ Miniatures look! Rob spends months working with artists that are hardworking, dedicated and able to produce the high standard expected. Please rest assured that you will always know exactly who is working on the project before the project is booked in and contracts are signed.

Rob paints at every standard but is the only painter on the team that paints at a veteran and master level.
